Customs and Import Taxes
As we currently only ship within The United Kingdom and the European Union, customs and import taxes do not apply.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@mysalights.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
